Behind the Camera...
This is another little entry in a series of posts that I write from time to time called - 'Behind the Camera'. There is a saying that a photo is worth 1,000 words. Unfortunately, however, a photo never really tells the full story. You never see what else is going on around me when I take the picture.
What you see: Cute little ducks...

What you don't see: Dee behind me reading... She gets comfortable because she knows that I am going to be a while...

Three things...
My grandpa used to take a book everywhere they went so when grandma was shopping he'd have something to do. As kids we would abandon him in the car reading because we knew grandma would buy us a toy inside!
I appreciate the Irish word of the day today: the chihuahua (an si-abhaabha). Very useful, no doubt.
And thanks to your blog I had a dream about the Netherlands. Some lady said they were going to Amsterdam and I said, "and Bruges?" She said, "Yes! You know Bruges?" In my dream she was impressed. Thanks. And get out of my head!
