Did He See It?

Happy Groundhog's Day everyone! Does anyone out there know if the little guy saw his shadow? Well... I hope for all of you that spring will be on it's way there soon. No question about it here... Spring is here. Yesterday was the first official day of spring (in Ireland), but today is the first real spring-like day. The sun is shining brightly... It feels very warm out... And many plants are blooming again... I have to admit that I always long for the longer days of spring... And Feb. 1st is a very welcomed day here! It never ceases to amaze me... But just knowing that it is spring helps move me out of winter blues and puts a smile on my face. I never would have thought that the weather (darkness in winter) would affect me as much as it does... But just knowing that we are moving out of it makes all the difference in the world. My mother always tells me to count my blessings... I am today.
